經文: 創世紀 28:16 雅各睡醒了，說：「耶和華真在這裡，我竟不知道！」
默想: 雅各在伯特利的屬靈經歷，讓他學習到耶和華是無所不在的上帝。耶和華不是只顯現在父親亞伯拉罕的祭壇所在的上帝。耶和華對於使用欺騙手段，取得父親祝福，而離家避難的雅各，還是向他顯現。求上帝讓我知道，耶和華是無所不在的上帝，就算我犯錯失敗，耶和華還是會與我同在。

Jesus is the way and the truth and the life, so the ladder is a spiritual symbol. It reaches to heaven where God lives. On the ladder, the angels of God ascend and descend. The dream reveals to Jacob that he could have access to the Lord and “the Lord would be with him and would keep him wherever he goes,…”(Ge 28:15).
